Maple And Whisky Review!

Hello Lovlies!
So ever since i found out that there was a  company that make candles in the scent of Disney! combining two of my favourite things Disney and Candles!
Th brilliant company is The Maple & Whiskey Candle Company based in the UK! and was started by a couple who loved are fellow Disney Lovers and wanted to give there customers the scents to transport themselves back to the happiest place on earth. What i love about this company is that all the products are made in the Uk but ship worldwide so everyone can get their hands on these products.

I was fortunate enough to receive one of their candles and 2 fragrance mists for as Christmas gifts, i was extremely happy when i opened them up! The Candle that was on my wish list was 'Main Street Bakery' because for me it is one of the most iconic Disney Park Scents and reminds me of walking down Main Street USA.
Now i was worried that the smell wouldn't last once the candle was burning which can be the case with some candles but with this one this is defiantly not the case, the smell fills the room and my brother the other day even said 'why can i smell chocolate?' so if he notices its saying something.

Another thing that i really like about these candles is that you can have a option to whether you would like a cotton wick or a wooden wick and then you have a choice of wax, you have the choice between pure soy wax which they describe as  'A natural, clean burning wax with low soot that provides a more subtle scent throw. Ideal for those sensitive to strong scents.' or a Paraffin Soy Blend 'which is All the benefits of clean burning soy wax blended with paraffin wax to give a strong hot and cold throw. Ideal for those looking for a stronger scent.'! The next candle i order will defiantly have to be a wood-wick because i absolutely love the crackling sound it makes.

The candles start from £7.50 (8OZ) and £10.50 (12OZ) which personally i think is great for the quality of the candles! They burn lovely and even so there is no wax wasted.

The company even make fragrance mists so you can smell just like your favourite Mickey treats! I was given 'Mickey Waffles' and 'Main Street Popcorn' both of which taste smell delicious, these would make room sprays or if you like to smell edible why not spray yourself! You will smell irresistible!. These sprays are a very reasonable £4 and you one spray does plenty.

Along with the mists and candles you can also purchase tea lights, reed diffusers and wax melts so your pretty much set for a Disney scented home! I have added a few more scents to my wish-list including Rice Krispie Treat (my favourite Disney snack!) , Poison Apple, Plaza Ice Cream and they have even branched out to another magical land with their 'Butterbear' scent for all you Harry Potter lovers (Including myself).

Where can i buy these magical products?
Now your probably wondering where you can these products so you too can join the M&W fan club!
They actually have a store over on Etsy (Link Here), so pop over and check our their store, you certainly wont regret it!.

What is your favourite 'Disney Scent'?

Plans For 2017!

Hello Lovlies!
So it has come to that time of year again were we all sit down and have think about our 'New Years Resolutions' (which normally last until the end of January!), I do really like to set myself goals at the start of the year and try my best to stick to them. A lot of my goals my seem quite generic but they are all very person to me!
So here are my plans for 2017!

Get Moving!
Now again , this is probably the most popular New Years resolution that everyone makes because who doesn't want to be fit and look in shape! For half the year i have really been struggling with my back which has stopped me dancing and exercising to my full potential. I have really noticed a different in how i feel and look and i really enjoy working out! So for 2017 i am going to set me set the challenge to be happy with how i look and feel!
I am going to try and stick to a set schedule with the gym as well as planning meals in advance. I don't want to go on any diets but with university i sometimes dont eat enough or the right things but the amount of calories i burn off through dancing/exercising. I really love looking on Pinterest for inspirational photos and quotes but some maybe be unrealistic for me so I'm just going to work on being the best version of me!

Graduate!
As you may or may not know, i am currently in my 3rd and final year of univeristy which means ill hopefully be graduating in 2017 (For real this time! No Disney graduation)! My goal is to be super organising and on time with deadlines which has worked out for me so far! but now is the time that i really need to knuckle down and get my head in the books! Pretty stationary always helps me! So by the end of 2017 I will have a Bachelor Of Arts Honour In Dance (Fingers crossed!)

Snap! Snap! Snap!
I absolutely love capturing memories so i years to come i can look back and relive my adventures! I have been saving up for a new camera (Olympus Pen hopefully!) so in 2017 i really want to work on getting more into photography and taking high quality photos! I have recently been doing some photography in university and have really enjoyed capturing dancers moving.
Hopefully this will also mean better photos for this blog!!

See The World!
This year i really caught the travel bug and its just made me want to see more of the world! So in 2017 i want to visit as many places that i possibly can! Nothing has yet been confirmed but there are a few plans in the works. I really want to visit a couple cities in Europe! I am also hoping to go to Georgia to visit my American Bestie Amber! And maybe Australia! I am just going to try and sit as much in as i possible can afford! Oh and i NEED to visit DisneyLand Paris! Has to be done!

Do Things For Me!
I have made the decision that this is the year that i do things for ME! 2016 as for many was a very up and down year for me and just want to get rid of all that negative energy and really look after myself and enjoy the single life! I am going to try and work a little less than i have been doing so i have time to do more of what i love and have new adventures! Hopefully this will also reflect on my blog! I want to make content that make me happy! I am also going to try and designate one night a week where i do no university work and really pamper myself!Oh and i really want to go see the 1975!That needs to happen!

Make 2017 A Year To Remember!
Most of all i want to be able to look back on 2017 and say 'That was a great year!' , i am going to do everything that i can do to make that happen! Yes i may make mistakes but its what i do after them that counts!

Thank you for reading!

Reflecting Back On My Year: 2016

Hello There!
Can you believe 2016 has come to an end! What a year it has been for the world and i think for a lot of people it has been a year of ups and downs! And this has been the exact same for me, 2016 has defiantly been a year that has challenged me in many ways, it has been a year of changes for me ! But like all negative situations i try my best to reflect from them and learn to move forward.

So what did i get up to in 2016?
Well i finished my 2nd year of university and started my final year! I'm not going to lie it has been very challenging but somehow i am getting through it and only have a couple more months to go. I was also very lucky to secure a place on a PDGE course next year so i am that step forward to becoming a professional dance teacher. I think i may actually do some more post about university and my dissertation subject. My dancing had taken quite a few knocks in 2016 due to me injuring my back which meant for a good few proportion of the year i was unable to dance to my full potential, i am currently having physio and am feeling a lot better, so fingers crossed things keep getting better.

If you have read my blog before you will know that one of my biggest achievements of the year was achieving a place on the Disney International Exchange Programme, this was honestly the most amazing experience of my life!. I was giving the opportunity to meet some amazing people and make some lifelong friendships with people from all around the world. This had to be the absolute highlight  of my year and it is an experience i will never forget.

Another highlight of the year has to be the traveling i did after the programme, every year i tell myself i want to do more traveling and see the world and this was the year i actually did that! During the programme myself and my friend Lauren decided we were going to book our own little adventure after the programme! We knew we had two weeks and we had a list of places we wanted to visit and it all started from there.
We started off in LA , of course visiting Disney Land! Then we went to San Franisco then moving onto New York City! I absolutely loved seeing all these new and wonderful places and it defiantly gave me the 'Travel-Bug'.

I would definitely say that my confidence has definitely taken a few knows this year and there has been a few times were i have just wanted to shut myself away from the world and take some time for myself. If anything this has done me some good, i realised that i needed to start doing more of what makes me happy and taking the time to look after myself. I found that this year a lot of the time i was feeling very stressed and anxious about different situations and found that i wasn't really looking after my health and was focusing more on others.

Honestly i cant thank my friends and family enough for being there for me this year when i needed them! One of my favourite moments of the year has to be when i surprised them by coming home from America earlier than i told them! Seeing their reaction was priceless and i wish i could relive that moment, i was very surprised i managed to keep it from my family and my friends.

This year i was also involved in a music video that will actually be on tv in two weeks! I Would really love to do more music videos in the future and I'm very excited to see what the final video!.
Everything that i learnt in 2016 i will be taking forward into 2017 and any mistakes i made or arguments i had will be erased and I will try and have a more positive outlook on life.

So thats my round up of 2016!
What was your highlight of last year?
